As of yet, no one knows or has posted the web admin password that corresponds to this IVR password. In fact, very few people have this IVR password or have confirmed that it works on their box. If this password works on your box, please post as such. We (some of us from Sunrocketforum) are working on getting the corresponding web admin password, and will share it when we finish.
Doesn't work for me. I emailed Sipura support at support@sipura.com and got the same party-line response that they "are not in a position to reprovision the ATA units" due to "negotiations currently taking place between SunRocket and other 3rd party service providers".
I hope some one comes up with the factory reset password soon.

Used this IVR password on a Sunrocket SPA2102-R1 and it worked.
The problem now, like undefined said, is that we don't know the web admin password.

We will have the password soon enough. If you are a Linux user and want to help out, drop over at Sunrocketforum and send me a PM. We're about 5% of the way finished towards having the password... 49 days or less :)
First off, thank you to all of the volunteers who helped run the scripts, to the numerous users who email or PM'd suggestions and tips, and to the anonymous person who provided the last bit of much needed help.

This helps many of us, but we still need to find a way to unlock the rest of the devices....
